TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Pcb Europe will start building submitted PCBs only
after a file revision.
The client will be sent a confirmation
email or contacted to resolve any doubt or issue found.
Circuits are then built straight from the client's files without
any intervention on our part. It is therefore advised in case of any
doubt, to contact us before ordering.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are accepted same day if placed before 6pm, orders placed after 6pm are processed on the next working day. For prototyping with 2 working days time requirement, orders need to be placed before 5pm.
TIME REQUIREMENTS:
Time requirements are meant working days only, monday to friday, bank holiday excluded, and in any case not during nor including the company annual leave period which will be communicated in good time on the website homepage
TO COUNTERMAND AN ORDER:
To cancel an order already placed, it is mandatory to send an email to stop@pcb-europe.it , as soon as possible.
It is possible to cancel your order before you receive our confirmation email.
If you cancel after we have confirmed your order, you will be bear the cost
of the production stages undergone.
Complaints for damage during transportation must be notified to the courier
upon reception of goods and to Smart Projects, as soon as possible.
After 5 working days the complaint will not be accepted.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is carried by SDA, Poste Italiane, UPS. Delivery time changes depending on destination Country, but generally 24/36 hours for Italy, and 36/48 hours for EU. Smart Projects cannot be hold responsable for the Carriers late deliveries. On shipping of goods the customer will be sent a confirmation of shipping email.
WARRANTY:
All our products are guaranteed in best conditions, without manufacturing defect
for 6 months after delivery. Printed circuits are built on instructions files
submitted by the customer. Smart Projects can be hold responsable only for
misunderstanding in interpreting the instruction files and we will not
modify the gerber files in any way. Printed Circuits manufactured by us
that will not mirror the original gerber files will be replaced for free. |
